Celebrating the ecstasy of the return of Sri Ram to His rightful abode in Ayodhya, Lancor conducted a Pooja at its Head Office on Jan 22nd. The staff members participated with full enthusiasm and hearty chants of Jai Sri Ram. The pooja was followed by a lunch.

On January 22, 2024, Lancor joined the nation to celebrate the triumphant return of Sri Ram to Ayodhya. At the temple a live telecast of the Pran Pratishta was organized for the residents to watch. Vedic chants interspersed with joyous cries of Jai Sri Ram rent the air, while a pooja was performed at the Temple in Sriperumpudur Temple Town. The residents were provided a sumptuous lunch which was highly appreciated.
The festivities continued in the evening with lamps being lit at the sanctum of Anjayneyar.

Coinciding with the Pran Pratishta of Sri Ram Lalla at Ayodhya by the Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi, Sankara TV orchestrated a cultural Odessey at Narada Gana Sabha, Chennai on January 22, 2024. Aptly titled ‘Pride of Bharat’, the event recreated the splendour of Ayodhya through a mesmerizing blend of stage and ambience. Lancor was one of the key sponsors of this event.


Presided over by Sri R N Ravi, the Honorable Governor of Tamil Nadu, the well-attended event was graced by the presence of Isai Gnani Illayaraja, RV Shekar – Chairman, Lancor Holdings Limited, Sunita Reddy – MD, Apollo Hospitals, V. Ramamoorthy – Regional Head, Cycle Agarbathis, T J Srinivasaraj – MD, Freight Consolidators and many other luminaries.
This event was the culmination of the 10-day Chennaiyil Ayothi, which encompassed musical extravaganza by reputed maestros, enlightening conversations with historians and insightful exploration by domain experts which threw light on the yeoman work as the testament to centuries of devotion. It was indeed a fitting finale to express gratitude and honor the dedicated efforts of every concerned individual and celebrate the return of Lord Sri Ram to His rightful abode with all the grandeur it deserved.
